Project Description: I was brought on to help with an accelerated implementation of NetSuite ERP/CRM and Rootstock Manufacturing. I led a group of 20+ internal and contract employees, liaised with outside vendors, and kept the project on track. From analyzing and mapping business processes to final implementation and signoff, the product was successfully launched, even given the aggressive timeframe.

  • Build and maintain project plan, drive the schedule, communicate updates and milestones

  • Manage project budget; Coordinate resources and lead meetings

  • Ensure that business objectives were being met with proposed solutions

  • Learn all aspects of the business, then analyze and map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, policies, and procedures
